Phil..AAPL has filed their PROXY NOTICE, DEF 14A, today and is available for review at Edgar. Interesting reading with a lot of clarification on stock options for executives in event of merger/buyout or majority stock holder. Also, proposed stock option plan for CEO. AAPL had another 7 days or so to file their proxy, but elected to before tomorrow's keynote. Your thoughts? Yours truly, Dennis
