Logistics says let's look at this logically.

TSIG must have secured financing in order to complete deal with Compact. According to their latest 10Q they needed financing to continue operations. Would Compact make a deal with them if they didn't have funds. I DON'T THINK SO.

Looks to me like the rumored 200M financing is a lock.

A release of that nature should propel this one right back up to its yearly high of $3.50 at least.

Any thoughts????
