Does anyone on the thread have background information for Arif Adam and Ira Monas, or know where it is available online? Reading the FAMH press releases, I have been astounded at how aggressively Monas touts the stock. Are there any lawyers on the thread with expertise in SEC regulations who can explain why he appears to be less concerned than most CEOs about potential liability?
