IF there is a merger, IMO you will likely see a reduction in the number of shares you own of NETZ...what the ratio would be will be very very interesting IF it comes to that point.... I am currently goin thru a similar situation....where the company is doin a reverse merger in order to get listed at a fair value ON the NASDAQ.... Topic is then...are you willing to have a reduction of your shares for "a bit" safer haven like NASDAQ?
