Ken Welcome... After the stock rose to 3 dollars in a short time only to fall the SEC started an investigation. We haven't heard anything yet. However I don't think we are going to find anything that we be a negative impact on the company. At this time they legally haven't been required to report earning etc. but I think they announced they would be doing so anyway. The picture is MUCH MUCH brighter here now than it was a year ago. However they were doing some testing on Zinc Air Batteries on cars and bicycles. They have some contracts as a result of those tests. The recent diesel fuel modifications have actually brought much more interest than the Electric car. One of the interesting things about the electric Zinc Air battery is that a recharge is only a 5 min. process, and a 450 mile range. I would be very interested in a car like that.
