Let's not forget his foray into Iomega. The morons on the IOM board got really whooped up about that one. Fortunately for his funds, he was entirely out of the position by the time IOM's world got rocked. As many times as not, Soros (really Druckenmiller) is a momentum player pure and simple. And, in this market, who the hell can blame him, especially when news of a Soros investment is enough to drive the stocks up another 10%?
