The stock seems to be forming a trading base in anticipation of NAB. Those shares under 4 are getting harder and harder to come by. Last year we saw poor earnings shake people out a day or so before NAB caused the price to pop a point+. Two years ago NAB got us a point as well. Whoever has been soaking up the 20K blocks under 4 probably is thinking this as well. ~
