Buzz...this of course is speculative on my part, but I really doubt that CCSI has spent all this time in negotiations trying to parcel up the world; everything that the CEO of CCSI has said to date, including informed posters here and elsewhere, suggest that CCSI is concentrating on signing 1 or more international arrangements with large multinational concerns; these arrangements will cover the USA as well as the rest of the world, and will include substantive revenue agreements that will facilitate construction of revenue models upon which the financial community can project a reasonable stock value.
