Yes, the CEO said:

"We're under no financial pressure to tap the public market now, so realistically I think [an IPO will come] sometime next year," he said.

This was published from an article dating August 5, 1996. So, while there may be an IPO as was rumored earlier this year, it is not clear that there will be one in the near future, especially since Concentric is under "no financial pressure" to do so.
