just wondering... can you sue individuals in a company, without sueing the company also. can you separate the two in a lawsuit? i,m sure the defendents lawyer would bring in the company as a defendant also, in any lawsuit against them.. the jury, or judge would look at ALL the evidence, and if their was wrongdoing. they would fine the Company AND the individuals... again, just wondering...
