Ron, you can sue individuals without suing the company also, especially if you feel that the company itself was also misled by the individual.

I have personally worked for a company where the CEO was sued by former employees for unjust dismissal. They sued him personally because when he took over the company he somehow closed the company (I'm not sure if he filed for bankruptcy or what) and started a new company. The former employees were allowed to file lawsuits against the CEO personally since the company which they had worked for no longer existed. I don't know what happened after that as the CEO has been missing for several years and the second company also went bankrupt.

Since SEXI was not aware of the wrongdoings of some of it's employees, I think it might be difficult to sue them. I think though that if you want to have some fun, you should file a lawsuit against Huttoe since it was his lies which will have caused you to lose money. Of course this could be expensive.

Best regards,

K.C.
