ron, just sent out an e-mail to a friend in law school (he wants to work for the sec). perhaps he can shed some light. it seems to me, though, that you could seperate the company and executives. after all, the attorney works for you and you tell him/her who to sue. perhaps nobody will take this case, i don't know... here's to an exciting week :-)
