I agree with you that it would be nice to know the number of warrants involved in the "investment banking" deal, and what the terms and conditions of the warrants are.

So far as I can tell, HNLY now had made at least two acquisitions (Magra and MC Technologies) plus this warrant deal -- without publicly disclosing the terms of the deals. The entire capital structure of HNLY remains a mystery.

Can you imagine running a company and not telling your shareholders how much you paid for a company you bought?

I'm not going to try and guess what will be in the upcoming SEC filing, except to say I imagine we're going to see a heck of a lot of dilution.
