FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE September 13, 1996

Inovision Technologies Inc.(VSE-ITI) has instituted a Memorandum of Understanding with System of Excellence, Inc. of Coral Gables, Florida. (OTC BB: SEXI). The Memorandum outlines a sales agreement for the Q-1 chip and a Joint Venture Agreement for new products using the Q-1 and System of Excellence technology for the Video Teleconferencing market.

System of Excellence manufactures and markets multi-platform desktop video teleconferencing products which operate at a full 30 frames per second to deliver television quality video. SEXI products meet ISO-9000 and Bell Core standards, and have been chosen by the United States Library of Congress for their superior quality.

Video teleconferencing is one of the many applications for Inovision's Q-1 chip technology. The Joint Venture will allow Inovision to participate in the multibillion dollar Video teleconferencing market worldwide. The two companies having complementary goals and missions in technologies will be working together on various projects to enhance each other's progress in the future.

Inovision Technologies Inc. Q-1 chip is a state of art NTSC and PAL video processor for use whenever video quality is important. This will be particularly important in multimedia where full motion video is used and or when high resolution reproduction is desirable after compression and decompression of information. Current processing of analog to digital video degrades the quality of the original signal. Inovision's chip brings back the information to extremely high resolution at a reasonable cost

Mr. Daniel McGee , President
Inovision Technologies Inc.
