I will agree with the downward fall, but I really don't think that China will have a great effect on the price in the next 10 years. OPEC can still up production to cover the rise. I believe the only way that we will see a fast upward trend, is if the is a conflict in the mid-east or another cut in production by OPEC (which is unlikely). However I believe that Oil will not drop more than another dollar, before it will start to come back up to maybe the 15-17 dollar range until next winter. Which at this price the Oil field can make money and grow at an average pace. Now said all of this, I do hope that you are right about China, I would love to see a shortage of oil to wake everyone up.. I guess you can tell that I'm in the Oil Field.
