I agree. On the surface this looks better for NETZ, but when you begin to analyze the various components it leads to more questions.

I encourage everyone to post complete information for this thread. Please don't leave something out because it doesn't suit your position pro or con. You should all know by now, I'm going to dig to verify anything you post. The bold part below was left out of a previous post. This information can be found in the intro to the 8k.

The Registrant intends to develop a business plan that builds on
strategic similarities of the Registrant and ZULU-tek and allows for
the refocusing of the business efforts of both entities, as
appropriate. In that connection, the Registrant intends to pursue a
financing of up to $50 million through a private placement of
convertible preferred equity securities of the Registrant, although
no assurance can be given that the Registrant will be successful in
arranging for this private placement.
