Sam, You got yourself a deal. A 20% increase in last quarters numbers comes to $23.52M (revenues) and $0.12679 (eps). As you stated, MRVC needs to exceed both these numbers for you to win while it needs to fall short of both for me to win. Agreed? For the bet, lets make it simple.
