Well, yes, but I'm just as guilty of reading with a closed mind as anyone else.
Like Jane/Grace says, "Know your enemy" hehehe. Just kidding, I don't consider anyone here my enemy, for we have all been on the same side at some point in our lives.
But, really, if we don't understand what people are trying to say, how can we get to know them. All I see sometimes, is a lot of judging, based on very little except a few printed lines of type, which is only half read or scanned quickly and then the reader just continues on in the context of what he/she believes.
Readings posts with half a brain, is like your story about flying on one wing, it doesn't look very pretty in practice.
