SJ.....the financial report did come out and as expected they incur a loss for fiscal '96....the whole 96 fiscal for NUZA is worst than i expected especially their store sales and MORE store closing of the store they own (i don't expect them to close more of their stores)... the only good news is their forward looking statement for fiscal '97..especially their expansions plan both domestic and foreign markets....

for 1st qrt. '97 (end on sept.) i expect them to have a slight profit if not break even....if u hold a position and a short term trader, i suggest to sell it "after" the release of any news either the 10q or any more store opening related news that everyone is expecting before december just to capitalize the temporary hike of stock prices.....besides, there will be a lot of people selling this stock by december before the end of the year (tax loss)....another reason for selling is i think the stock will be stagnant until the end of fiscal '97 unless u are "long" and very patient, if u are, it is still worth holding it for future rewards....
