Dear satchmo,

Someone informed me that the famous CA newsletter hypester's latest fax ($9.95, of course) on Zitel says that when they merge with Matridigm, they will be combining to equal 100%. What happened to BRCP's 12.5% ???? This whole merger deal was "leaked", once again, to the principle promoters and stock sellers. You have to hand it to them. It did its job in raising the stock from around $10 to recent high of around $17. That's a pretty healthy growth rate -- better than most real companies on Wall Street.

Merger makes no sense for Matridigm if they are already successful. No private company that is already making gobs of money wants to go public. You go public to raise cash. A merger only makes sense if the Matridigm employees are complaining that Zitel is the only ones making money on stock, and they want some of that loot now before the jig is up.

I remain,

SOROS

ps the above is pure speculation and garbage from the mind of a batty old man
