Stan,

FTEL may or may not be your cup of tea, depending on your tolerance to risk and your investment goals.

All small cap or microcap stocks generally come with a higher degree of risk, then many of your larger, more mainstream stocks. Franklin is no different, it too, is a speculative situation. You should consult with a registered investment advisor before entering this arena of investments.

Franklin as an investment, has a higher risk/reward ratio than most fully reporting companies. It is strictly a speculative situation
type of stock. One that you base your investment decision on the story rather than financial criteria. They are presenlty in the process of
undergoing an audit, of which should be completed any day now.

Once that is complete, I would expect that you would see a company that has turned the corner from a R&D company to one that is generating revenues based on production. I would also expect Franklin to become profitable, early next year, and from there, they should begin to emerge as a true growth company, with an ever expanding revenue base brought on buy all their new products and services.

The D-Mark channel bank which is just now going into production should really start to generate some cash. As more and more ISP's come under pressure, the D-Mark will afford them higher performance at a lower cost, and allow them to be more competitive. There are several new products about to roll out, and along with the spinoff and IPO'ing of FNET, Franklin shareholders, as well as the company, will share in the
leverage and revenue stream that this will afford them.

Your best bet is to get a due diligence package from the company by calling `1.805.373.8688 then discuss the situation with a qualified investment advisor. Just remember this is story stock that needs time to let the story play out, so don't expect to get rich overnight, they have a long way to go before all these expectations will be realized.
But your timing is good, because many of us entered a year ago, when I first reco'd this at .75 to .87 level. So it isn't as if we weren't rewarded for the time spent, just that the big payout is yet ahead of us, and now is the time to catch that ride. IMO.
