I guess we are seeing this one the same way. From a risk/reward standpoint I have a hard time believing I get hurt too bad, and let's face it IF they execute there is major upside. Last time I checked that was still the object of the game.

As was pointed out in a recent link CS is looking to go from 0% percent market share in a bunch of new market segments and channels to some number bigger than 0%. That's generally accretive. Whereas Cisco with 70%+ share has to defend & even cannibalise their own installed base, yet I'm supposed to pay 3-4 times the forward multiple for the pleasure of owning the stock. I'll pass and gladly own the "dog".
