Intel invests in Servicesoft, another "automated-help company"...1st they go up against Sykes directly and now they invest in another company competing against SYSF...sounds like Intel is out to destroy SYSF at this point...not to mention Servicesoft even sounds like Systemsoft...I wonder if they'll call their product the "ServiceWizard". biz.yahoo.com
