Jan, Level II is ugly. Inca is selling again. Once again, more bids than asks, but someone keeps hitting the bids, no matter where they are. A slow stepping down.

My advice wait for a definite bottom before pulling the trigger. No sense chasing down so much. 3 MM shares so far.

Do they know something we don't?
