Won't we also hear more on the CEO, as well? Whoever presented the guru-slur comment regarding the new COO's background (implying he wasn't heavy enough) was premature.

This is because we are still awaiting a formal announcement naming Steve Lair, as CEO. Indeed, it 's Mr. Lair who is the "heavyweight" in this, and this announcement will be a welcomed one.

I suspect Rogers appointment will give us but a mere blip on the upside, by the end of the day. But there's more to come.
