Thank, John.

I rechecked those messages but didn't see reference to the 5 for
1 conversion terms (might more reflect my limited attention span
and slow network response times than lack of data).

Actually, I was ready to swap out my stock for warrants 'till I
discovered that "little" term. Many a time I'll try to make a
warrant play on a stock, especially when the warrant price gets
out of line with the stock price, because warrants seem to be
priced much less efficiently than options, despite the fact they
should be nearly identical.

Here's hoping they don't have to extend them again.
