A stock in a unique forefront of environmental cleanup,,with connections to White House..
Scudder, Dreyfus et al owns 25%,, Bently J Blum a board member owns 50% of the float,, Sen. Sam Nunn and H.E. Ambasader Jean Kirpatric sits on the BoD.

I am hearing a major contract with Alleghenny - Teledyne,, to be announced this or next week ..

Also tons of shorts ! I have been watching this stock for over a month , since it's last pop from 4 1/2 to 6 3/4 in a day .. since then it has lingered down all the way to 3 1/4 for a day and from last Fri.. it moved up to 3 1/2 ,, and opened yesterday at 3 3/8 and saw some UT to 3 5/8 but was shut down again by the shorts at closing with last well at 3 1/2 with spread of 3 3/8 x 3 3/4...

IMHO the shorts are getting nervous and any volume above 30 day avg of 75,000 will push this up like a rocket... like last time ..

Strategic buy up to 4 1/4.. with stop loss at 3 1/2 ,, we go over 125.000 shorts will star to cover... usual 10 AM doldrum we look for,, and we go in with a ten lb sledge hammer...
