KZAP buddy, how come you're starting to worry about
the form 10 now?

Gee, I brought this issue up 2 or 3 months ago and
got FLAMED for it.
I was assured that the real issue was REVENUE and
not to worry about the form 10.

Or I was told to call Mike and let him tell me how
wonderful things were going at Happy Acres and not
to worry.

Without reporting status who knows what's going
on behind the companys door. Maybe they're issuing
shares to pay for their lunch. WHO KNOWS.
