Techie: Thanks for the information.... this is an interesting way to view the AMTM/TI news. For the past 2 week AWRE has lost ~30% of its stock value. Since RS&Co is the underwriter of the stock... would this 30% drop prompt them to generate this type of news release?

I've been following AWRE for some time now.... and i still can't find a single trial using their technology. This includes possible trials with Pulsecomm or DSC communications. Also this news surely doesn't sound like RS&CO has all its facts together.....

"This SUGGESTS that time to market..."

"In OUR VIEW, Amati's turning to TI raises significant questions regarding the effectiveness of Mot's single chip transceiver strategy and its ability to bring product to market in a timely fashion."

"Mot's solution APPEARS to sacrifice flexibility for cost and standard compliance"

"We BELIEVE this apparent shift..."

Can the news be anymore wishy-washy then this? One day after the AMTX/T1 news can anyone really guess on what ATMX plans are? Is this really an "APPARENT SHIFT" in AMTX thinking or just an underwriters attempt to support a falling stock?

>>>But can anyone confirm his claim that the TI implementation isn't standards compliant? <<<

Sorry... i can't answer this question.
