Bay has casted doubts & uncertainties in investors mind, so now they might as well try to clear the air up before the street "forces" them to. They could just come out and give a best estimate range for earnings. Certainly, at this point, if earnings were to be $.25 and above, that would be positive, considering there would be growth in the next quarter. It's not good to keep investors go to bed at night wondering whether there will be a preannouncement next morning. Right now, it looks like investors are just selling first and ask questions later. ptv
