Yes, SDTI does own around 25% of VRSN. In fact, on the first few days after VRSN's IPO, when the stock sky rocketed from its IPO price, SDTI barely moved. Even with VRSN's recent move up, I doubt its reflected in SDTI. Just another piece of the SDTI pie! (and a significant part of the new SecurSight product suite)
