>ZULU-Tek is the world's leading interactive advertising sales and marketing company.

This is a bit of a dumb question, and something I should know, but can a company legally make a claim such as the above, with nothing to back it up? Or is it not a question of legality, but a situation where the punishment for being wrong is looking silly to investors and the world in general? What I'm fishing for here is maybe the heightened rhetoric above (much stronger than simply calling themselves a "market leader" as in previous posts) means that we might actually see the hallowed financials soon, and that the revenue numbers hinted at in February are at least close to being accurate (and yes, we all know that the 39 million was total revenue only, and that the overall profit/loss picture is likely to look ugly at the moment.) Or accurate enough at least to call yourself the world's leader. It would make sense that even if financials were completed, it would be smarter to divy out the press releases concerning new management and the ESVS deal, followed by the financials when everything is in place.
Yup, I'm fishing. Let's hope it's not a chub on the other end.

P.S Isn't it interesting how certain faces only show up on this thread when NETZ is making a run up, and never on the all too frequent days when we see a drop?
