The only reason for this stock to be down in my opinion, is someone is shorting the stock.It's the only answer.USBL should be trading well above present levels just based on fundamentals and such a well managed Company.Any significant amount of buying,will take care of the shorts,and the stock price will move accordingly.There are not too many OTC stocks which have a float less than 500,000.It is beyond me how this Company isn't noticed by Investors.The price should be much higher. regards
