Steve, thanks for your response. With all the spears and arrows flying around on this thread over the past few days, I expected my negative comments on IOM to send a few of them my way.

As far as the future of IOM is concerned, I think one must now take a real hard look at the company's fundamental and technical analysis (charts). I mainly rely on the fundamentals. As I now see the fundamentals, the future of the company has really dimmed. My reasons for drawing this conclusion were stated in my previously posting. At worst, I see IOM getting into deeper and deeper trouble due to the competition on the horizon and failure to execute their business plan on schedule. At best, I see any investment in IOM at this time as "dead" money for the next 6 to 12 months.

The only thing that might change my current thinking would be a change in management. I now believe that KE and his team were able to manage the company when it was smaller. Now that IOM has revenues of around 2 billion dollars, I've concluded the KE is above his head and needs to be replaced.

I believe it was Harvard's business school that, many years ago, developed a company growth model. This model described the problems that a company faces when it transitions from one level of growth to the next level. I believe that IOM fits this model to a "Tee" and is now failing to make the transition to its next level.

There are too many other good companies around that will out perform IOM, so why keep any money in this company?

Just my thoughts.
