G. Sorry for the delay. I've been busy balancing putting out a release and meetings at the Miami Latin America show. I'm afraid the only answer I can offer is that we are almost always interested in financing opportunities if they can help us to move forward. Size, timing and format issues are key but the old rule is you finance when you can, not when you have to. Greg
