Frank- Reading that press release stirs some nagging questions: 1. Why has Cadence never publicly recognized IMS? 2. Is the Cadence project still in its' "first phase"? No-one has ever hinted at the scope of the "project". 3. Has Cadence's sales staff pedaled IMS's technology? Where are the revenues???? 4. Is ZSP the only contract since Dec. 2nd(date of the release)? If so, why hasn't the response been better? If not, why haven't they been announced?? 5. Was CDN approached for cash advances in lieu of bankruptcy? They are in a position to assist IMS, having full knowledge of the workings of the library and other tools, and knowing the value of the technology. I realize they are not in the business to bail out struggling associates, but it seems they have a vested interest here. Musing over past releases (as infrequent as they were) only drums up more and more caviling questions. Please explain what has happened between the time of the release (Dec. 2) and now. We went from a glowing future to 8 cents a share. The shareholders deserve some answers. Something stinks somewhere. We deserve to know where it is. It may not bring our share value back, but we have already paid for the answers. Dearly.
