Kurt: I think it would probably be impractical and expensive for the company (logistically speaking) to have the meeting so far from the home office. Although, I always thought it was foolish to keep the home office in Vancouver since the property and majority of shareholders are in the US (and especially now that Naxos no longer trades in Canada) . JLA
