May, Might, Maybe!

John,

Sure $50,000 or so is not a large chunk of change for such a well know and capitalized institution such as Bear Stearns but why on earth would they even initiate a position in TASA? IMHO the analyst or manager has assessed the company and invested Bear Stearns money. This $$$ is the line as is their commission/bonus. He must be confident in the prospects and growth potential of TASA.

My experience indicates that Institutions take very small positions and accumulate at the bid over time as their entry in a micro-cap such as TASA without a large supply of stock or float available would result in a huge stock price increase.

Keep your comments coming and please let us know when you initiate another position in TASA.

Regards,

Tom

P.S. Where one institution goes others follow! The herd mentality is simply amazing.
