Raleigh,

I know that you are a thoughtful person. I would appreciate, at your earliest convenience, a response to some of the concerns I raised in post #150.

Several posts back, you mentioned the possibility that FTEL shareholders would receive FNET shares on a 1:1 or .06xxx:1 basis. I have not formally seen anything from FTEL guaranteeing these scenarios. Please excuse my ignorance if I am missing something here and help to clarify this issue. One of the primary reasons why I have held back from investing in FTEL so far is because of the uncertainty (the "enigma" issue) pertaining to the benefits FTEL shareholders will get from the creation of FNET. If it becomes a subsidiary w/ less that 50% ownership by FTEL, I have real concerns based on profit recognition and control.
