Elk, regarding collocation with WCOM, I would like to point out the following as I understand it: FTEL, despite announcing that agreement some time ago still has not collocated yet. I find that disturbing. Also, isn't it estimated that WCOM will get .04 per minute for the agreement? VALUESPEC valuespec.com
