Andrew, I think you missed the point of the law suits. It's not a question regarding whether or not people made the right decision when buying the stock. The issue is simply did management do anything illegal in managing a public company. If KE and the other managers sold their stock based on their knowledge of problems within the company, then they traded using insider information. This is a big no, no. Therefore, this is not a frivolous suit. Do you think that all these law firms would spend money on filing the suits if they didn't feel they had a good chance of winning?

I for one think that IOM may very well lose this case.
