It is not a gern because the company is not in the USA. The paper of GERN were published in The Sciences. What sort of the Journal of the NYMXF's discovery are published? I know nothing about that Journal before. We know little about this company. I called the company but no one answer my call, just force me leave a message Monday. I get no return call form the company yet although It was promised.
