I found an answer to my own question. This was taken from
the yahoo board, posted by CaveatInvestor:

I guess I talk to the right people. I'm told the meeting ends late today. A lot of the money managers
and/or insiders seem to know, so why shouldn't the rest of us? The way the stock behaved last Oct.
before and after the last meeting (down before, up after) indicates they knew then too. Incidentally,
there was no press release then, so there may not be one this time unless they have to change the
trial.
