bob, I respect your views, but I don't feel the $75 million revenue projection is doable.

This is why the Q1 numbers will be so important.

One we see those numbers and the burn rate corresponding to them, we can project forward taking into account the number of people ALYD will be adding FYE 1998.

If I remember correctly, ALYD is projected to bring in $11 million in Q1 of 1998. (please correct me if I am wrong)

based on this projection:

$11 million >>>>> Q1
+30%
$14.3 million >>>> Q2
+30%
$18.6 million >>>> Q3
+30%
$24.1 million >>>> Q4
======================
$68 million >>>> FYE 1998

I don't think these numbers are "doable", but even if they were and the company meets the $11 million Q1 projection and then we project a 30% increase Q on Q for the year, they still fall way short of the $75 - $100 million you mention.
