Del, You wanted them to "break even or better in the 4th quarter" but they showed an after-tax loss of 2 cents. See any positives in the 10-K? Bob (Noticed that they mention a probably cause for the delayed filing--the [non-existant] options that Steve S. may contest.) ------------ The Company formerly reported Steven Smith options to purchase 100,000 shares at $1.375 and ... 60,000 shares at $3.50 per share. [But they were never approved so] ... the described options technically do not exist.
