Thanks for the posting. We will keep all the good news flowing that we can as Tri-Vision has announcements ready to go.

The dilution won't be a problem in the longer term. As people recognize what Tri-Vision is doing, it's likely to be reflected in increased requests for stock.

This additional financing will support the Company's pre-production costs for the V-Chip Decoder.
