Jersey Petroleum Inc. has placed in production the first of two shall wells drilled on the Kevin-Sunburst gas project in Montana. Moffat 1-25 has been tied into the existing gas distribution system at an initial production rate greater than 275 MCF per day. Initial production from the Bow Island Formation at shallow depths is expected to be augmented by additional gas production from the Swift/Sunburst sands. The second well, Mondo 1-26, is awaiting completion. Further wells are planned. Jersey Petroleum has a 100% working interest before payout and 60% after payout.
