Mr. Gwolf......
I would like to know your role with the company. I am a long term shareholder of this company. I assure you that i did not confuse the clinical trials with the actual approval by the fda . I was only mislead by Ed Holt over the phone as usual. He claimed approval would come through by April/May.
You claim that they are paying TRW in cash although my source from the inside tells me it is in stock. It wouldnt suprise me at all......have you looked at their float ? They have been paying their way in stock for other services as well. When i first bought shares in this company.....the float was only 28 million.
I would like to know why it is that this company has avoided a shareholders meeting for so long??? The last one was in Febuary 1996.
Why havent the shareholders been reassured with proof of a recent letter of intent to carry out the "Golden Health Care Plan " in China? Instead they have Ed Holt on the phone promoting the stock and exciting old and new shareholders with possibilities of new contracts in Asia and South America. Hmmmmmmm....I wonder why they dont state which countries in particular. What good are these contracts anyway since they never complete them? I'm still waiting for China and Taiwan.
Many of the shareholders bought stock in this company expecting revenues from these contracts. Instead of real growth
CTI tries to take the focus away and into the FDA trials which arent even necessary for sales
In the last shareholders meeting on Febuary 1996 , Mr David B. Johnston (president of CTI at the time) made a bold statement of promoting their stock into the three dollar range and above so as to make a nasdaq listing, and it would be a company priority. All this he said would happen within a year, instead today the stock trades at around .50 cents. It seems it was only the first of many misleading statements .
I challenge any of the CTI directors to reply to my statements.
If other shareholders feel cheated by this company as well.......please reach me via e-mail at Goldencon @ aol.com
thank you,
Dr. Steel
