As you know you don't get a big check once you sign a contract. You get paid as you convert the code.

If ALYD has already signed $75 million in contracts, but can't do the work, it doesn't matter what they have signed.

So far, every time ALYD has failed to meet the expectations "slick" Bob has put out some kind of excuse.... Oh, we had problems with packaging yada yada yada etc..

ALYD has a huge demand for bodies and they have to ramp up production to meet the contracts they have already signed. Their burn rate and expenses will also shoot up dramatically.
