Well, everybody, I have learned a valuable lesson today which I will share with you. I suggest that before you ever invest in another small cap company like this, you take this one little precaution. I wish to hell I'd have known about it previously. Live and learn I guess.

Any individual can call the company's transfer agent and find out the number of shares outstanding. Man, wouldn't this have been a good idea, say back in June or so?

Anyway, I got a hold of the 10-K over the weekend and found out the transfer agent is American Securities Transfer and Trust, Inc., located in Denver. I spoke with a lady in the Research Dept. and she informed me that she can tell the public the number of shares outstanding as of last Friday at midnight. I don't think it's necessary for everyone to call them, but if a couple of people want to verify the shares, EMail me and I'll give you the number. Or you can be resourceful and look it up yourself.

So what did I find out? The company now has 95 million shares! JUST KIDDING!

Actually the number of shares currently stands at 65,722,398 as of Friday at midnight. In the future (for any stock) this knowledge that you can call the Transfer Agent and get the number of shares might come in handy.
